Castleridge Properties

Castleridge Properties was established in 1986 as a specialist letting and property management company and is based on Lower Crescent in the university area of South Belfast.

Unlike many other agents, Castleridge Properties does not sell properties but have chosen to focus solely on the property rental market. This focus, coupled with the experience of their team, allows Castleridge to deliver a professional and comprehensive service to landlords and tenants alike.

Given the location of their offices, a significant proportion of Castleridge’s rental portfolio is targeted towards the local student population. However, they also rent and manage all types of property, from apartments to exclusive detached villas throughout the Greater Belfast area and beyond.

The Castleridge team has over 30 years of combined experience. They are a small company and pride themselves on a friendly, amenable, yet professional approach to business.
