DESCRIPTION

Two former Northern Ireland Water operational sites comprising former service reservoir site of 0.32acres and pumping station of 0.08 acres, which are no longer in use and accordingly, are now surplus to requirements.

There is associated service and electrical apparatus on the, sites previously used in connection with the use as a Service Reservoir and Pumping Station. There is also a concrete building situated on each site.

LOCATION

The subject sites are located on the Bridge Road near the small settlement of Glenvale, approximately 12 miles from Ballymena.

The surrounding land use principally comprises agricultural land, farms and sporadic residential dwellings.
