The site has previously been refused for planning for 7 houses
NIHE have received a planning opinion that the site may not be suitable for even 1 house due to crown spread of the trees to the rear of site.
We would recommend that all parties seek their own planning opinion in relation to any proposal for the land.

Initial bids must be placed prior to 12 NOON ON TUESDAY 26TH MARCH 2024 ensure inclusion in the next round of bidding.
