Tenancy
The property will be let for an initial period of one year and then month to month thereafter. Three references will be sought from interested parties to include the credit check, work reference (if possible) and a personal reference. The successful applicant will be expected to pay one month’s rent in advance together with one month’s rent, which will act as the bond. The bond will be returned at the end of the tenancy subject to there being no breakages or damages.
