The towns of Portrush and Portstewart with their acclaimed restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance or a five-minute bus journey which operates on a half hourly/hourly basis to either town can be taken from the nearby bus stop. Three glass enclosed balconies facilitate direct sunshine throughout the day.
Access to the first floor can be gained up the bright and airy staircase, or via a wheelchair suitable internal elevator. An impressive grand piano will meet you at the top of the landing. There is a balcony located off the hallway equipped with BBQ, outdoor furniture including dining space for all 8 visitors while the glass can also be covered to gain privacy. There is a snug living room on the first floor with access to the front balcony which catches the morning sun and is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast fruits.
The open plan kitchen/ dining living area is bright and spacious and comes with everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, integrated fridge/ freezer and double oven. There is also a superb dining area with a large table suitable for all guests with sweeping sea vistas designed for relaxed meals together. A third balcony off the main living area is perfect to fully enjoy the glorious Atlantic sunsets. The living room is modernly furnished with reclining furniture and added features such as sofa USB charging points and telescope.
The property sleeps 8 people comprising four luxurious ensuite bedrooms. The ground floor accommodation consists of one twin bedroom and two double sized bedrooms, one of which is serviced by a wet room suitable for disabled access
On the first floor there is a vey spacious king-sized master bedroom with ensuite shower and bath. This bedroom and two of the lower bedrooms enjoy sea views. The master bedroom benefits from having air conditioning for those balmy summer nights.
Downstairs there is a large utility room, equipped with hob, fridge/freezer, washing and drying facilities, kettle, and a toaster- perfect for guests to enjoy a cup of tea or snack without having to head upstairs, although with the views on offer it may be hard to resist!
The property has ramp access from a car port, an evergreen garden, a garage for storage of golf equipment or sports clothing and private parking for at least 6 cars.
A modern WC on the first floor means bedrooms need not be accessed.
This property is unfortunately for adults only due to the beautiful, light-coloured furnishings and high-end gorgeous fixtures and decorative features.
