House Plans The Plans of all Proposed Dwellings must be submitted to the Developers, for approval prior to submission to the Planning Authorities. The Developers reserves the right to make alternations to the size, design and elevation should they consider that the proposed dwelling may be detrimental to the overall development in any way. Time Construction must commence on site within 12 months from completion of sale of site and construction of dwelling must be completed within 12 months of commencement. Purchasers are expected to keep their site in a tidy and presentable state prior to construction commencing.
